I'm a bit disappointed. I ordered my sofa a week and a day ago. On the day i ordered it they said it should be here in a week. So when I called yesterday to ask on an update because I hadn't received any email updates like your website said I would, I was told that I had to wait a whole nother week. But I do have to say that both times I talked to someone on the phone they were very polite and professional.
