Happy with the costume we ordered but not the way it was delivered. I may have missed it when ordering but I don't remember seeing anything saying that the package would have to be signed for! Apologies if it did. If I has seen a message then I would have chosen a different delivery address. On the day of delivery I received a txt saying to contact a specific number if I was not going to be home at the delivery time but I couldn't get through. When I did eventually speak to someone I tired to arrange an alternative delivery address but they said they couldn't. Ended up driving to the depot on Saturday (only opened from 9-10.30am on Sat) A lot of hassle to get a child's Halloween costume!!
