I incorrectly made a duplicate order (didn't realise the first one had gone through correctly). I immediately emailed to cancel the order. I have received one order however I have been charged for two orders. I have emailed twice and called and left two messages but nobody has gotten back to me. Very dissatisfied with service and will be taking this further if I do not hear back by end of today.
