I was not aware of Halo Branded Solutions until searching on the web for specific promo items which I required on a rush basis and your company populated. I chatted with Nicole who was very attentive and asked if I had been referred or spoken to an Account Executive. I advised that I had not and Nicole stated she would have an Account Executive contact me. Jan promptly contacted me, however: I was not immediately available. Jan went above and beyond, as she located the product, took the initiative to find our company logo and sent visual proofs to my attention in the color required! Jan exceeded my expectations with her initiative, understanding of the rush circumstances, product knowledge, attention to detail and ability to meet our delivery requirements. Jan's warm and engaging personality in support of the customer is truly remarkable and my overall rating is Exceptional as Very Good does not accurately represent the experience to date.
