I placed my first order with Halo and was disappointed to find out a few days later that the item as no longer available. I expressed my frustration to the Customer Svc Rep and she had Vivian Weitz from Halo reach out to me for additional assistance. Vivian went above and beyond to assist in finding a replacement product, moving it through the design and approval process, and finally delivering an excellent product that more than met my expectations. It is so rare to find a company that offers this level of exceptional service, Halo (and Vivian) will be my "GO TO" provider for my company's marketing materials. Any pennies that might be saved by comparison shopping are not worth the value of having a vendor that I know will be there if I need special assistance. Thanks Halo and especially Vivian Weitz!
