This is truly a business that has morals and operates on the principle that customers are their future. I purchased two used repeaters that had some damage. While they were technically functional as stated the damage did somewhat prevent the functional operation of some features. I would say that in the future it would behoove them to make sure to pay attention to detail when stating something is refurbished. The folks at haloid offered a discount on the sale and we were able to work out a remedy to the issue. I would be willing to bet that they will in the future be very diligent about disclosing any minor damage. They went out of their way to help with the resolution and even extended the warranty timeline. They were completely honest with me throughout the process even going as far as telling me the back story to the repeaters and where they came from. This sort of honesty is a testament to their integrity and willingness to do what is right. One last thing is their immediate responses to all customer emails. Every time I sent an email the response was almost immediate. The person responding also seems to have the necessary information available to them in order to make decisions about the situation.
