While delivery was fast, the description and testing of the radio was wrong. The "slightly used" , was more of a heavy used with a surface scratched screen requiring a "re-casing"., a melted on-volume switch, and "new" antenna, actuall being used antenna. The tested and tuned before release was in error, as one of the 2 radios has yet to be able to be tuned, and we are spending considerable time trying to "re-tune" the radio ( and still unsure if if can be). I also asked for belt clips and just received notice they are crediting me for the clip request, as they don't have any in stock. This was a less than stellar first experience with this company.
