Haloid has a great selection of radios and accessories. I had a product question prior to placing my order, I called and spoke to someone directly who was extremely helpful and answered my questions. Ordering process was user friendly and easy. After receiving my radio I needed to contact them, it was the weekend but I still received a response! The follow-up communications were awesome and they addressed my concern promptly!
