My recent experience with this company was amazing. I ordered the wrong item going by what someone told me. After getting clarification from someone else else, I made contact with the company and explained the mistake. Keep in mind that the website says 24-48 hour response time. Customer service reached out to me within 1 hour. I was instructed to return the item that I had purchased and make my new order. They mailed my new order, sent me confirmation that they had received my return, and refunded my payment as well. To me, this is a company that will grow bigger because God is leading them.
