Appalling service from Estate Agent manager Brij Sharma in Dagenham. Refused to help with our concerns regarding his tenants.
Has put the Company in a bad light - eventually had to go to local
authorities to get help. Too much hassle for Brij to do anything. More interested in taking in the management fee. Will be liaising direct with landlord.
