I have a heated blanket life time replacement warranty. Best blanket available for an extremely high price. Like all blankets they break almost catch on fire or have problems. They have replaced the blanket but returning it and replacing it can take months. Customer service is horrible, they actually told me they have no date of replacement. They said they were out of stock opps I talk to sales first they had inventory. Horrible service eventually i’ ll get my blanket because I am persistent. But my experience has changed how I feel about this company.
