I had my wardrobes fitted by Hammonds over 10 years ago and during the guarantee period one of the laminated doors appeared to be defective This however was replaced under the guarantee However the same door began to show the same defects after the guarantee period had ended I rang customer services to see if they could offer a solution and the lady on the phone was very aggressive so I told her I would take it up with the CEO She said she doubted that would do any good Hats off to Hammonds after an e mail to the CEO I was contacted by one of the directors and now all the doors gave been replaced as the initial design was no longer available A brilliant response and am absolutely overwhelmed at the care and attention I received especially Jack and Rachael and the fitter Mike A positive outcome 🤞
