I have ordered hampers from Canada several times for my family in London. The service has always been friendly and efficient, and the hampers arrive as promised. However I have 2 comments to make. Firstly, I would like to have a choice of a basket that has about 3 British cheeses with a couple of packets of crackers and chutneys, and beer or wine. Secondly, the hamper arrived on time, but I had to call my son in London to check that he had received the gift. The tracking number with the delivery company, did not work.
