HI Hampergifts, I am in Australia and have sent your gifts for the last two years to the UK. The hampers are much appreciated and your site is easy to use and friendly. With my last order to Mr Bray in Bath, I never received notification that it had arrived which, as I was in HK led to a flurry of emails backwards and forwards. You usually do notify when delivered. An earlier order to Ms Skilton in Highcliffe gave rise to some problems which I doubt anyone can fix. The recipient was away from home on delivery day and as it was a surprise she didn't know about it. I received a number of emails (in Australia) from Hampergifts asking for help to enable delivery (in UK) which I couldn't do.Eventually I actually forwarded the emails to Ms Skilton and luckily her son noticed them and she was able to ring a neighbour etc and it was all fixed. My fault I suppose, but is it possible to include space for the phone number of the recipient on the order form? Altho' p'raps there are privacy considerations. Anyway, it just got a bit awkward. But throughout, your company is generally efficient and friendly and I like using your services. Cheers Val Prickett
