I have ordered from Hamper gifts several times and have always been extremely pleased with their professionalism. Even better, everyone has been really pleased with their hampers. This Easter I have ordered several Easter gifts and would like to comment on two things in particular. When I couldn't manage to order the same items three times as they were going to three different addresses Alex in Sales talked me through it. He went on to the same screen as I was on and explained each step without being patronising or in any way talking down to me. It was simple after that. The gifts were received on the day I specified. I liked the fact that I could track what was happening through the Parcel Force website so that I knew everything was being done as requested. I would not hesitate to recommend you to other people - and if fact, have done so several times.
