Have used Hampergifts several years running and am more than happy with the service. It has always been delivered on time and on the day they sent you an actual time slot. My slot was between 11.24-12.24 and the hamper was delivered 4 minutes after the initial time (11.28). I can't comment on the quality of the basket as I have always ordered it as a gift but the recipients have always expressed their pleasure at receiving it as a present.
