Liaised with their customer service team to ensure the product was right for me, and my interaction with them was great, helpful & friendly.
Im hoping the chain doesn’t rust in the future, as I’ve had with other brands that offer “sterling silver”. If it does I will contact customer service and I’m sure they’ll be able to help. I get the impression that they really care about customer satisfaction, which has often been missed in a lot of previous experiences I have had.
