In my order, I tried to put the hand and foot prints where the big toe and thumb were in the centre. However, with my 4 week baby brain I got them muddled up. HoH Jewellery emailed me and and checked if I meant that I wanted the prints with the big toe and thumb in the middle. I replied that that was how I’d tried to work it out but hadn’t got it right. They happily amended my order for me and got to work on my necklace. They also sent out a 6x4 copy of the prints with my son’s name on card, which I will be framing. Such a great company with amazing customer service as well!
