I ordered a necklace with some of my late dog’s fur for my mam. Unfortunately, the delivery driver had delivered it to the wrong address and missing for a few days. Of course I was so upset that this beautiful meaningful piece of jewellery has gone missing. I emailed the HoH team and the help I received to get this parcel back was beyond amazing. Thankfully the beautiful piece was delivered home and given to my mam who was teary eyed and in awe. I just want to thank the amazing team for their help and the beautiful necklace that will be cherished. I 100% recommend and will be buying again!
