My beautiful bracelet I received from my parents on the sad loss of my forever Benji he meant the world to us he was my special furry boy I received it but sadly it was slightly big this happened the week before Christmas it had to be returned I never thought I would get it back in time for Christmas my parents didn't let on it had arrived when they handed me the gift I opened it I burst into tears it meant so much to me having Benji with me for Christmas Day the staff at Hand on Heart Jewellery went above and beyond to make sure I got it back in time for Christmas you will never know how much that means to me there are no words ....
