I would strongly advise not to use this site when selling a phone. As per other reviews they downgraded their assesment of the phone I sent so that it had little value, with their £20 minimum charge to be incurred if I chose not to accept their revised offer. They claimed the handset I sent them was a different model to the one I was quoted and this was one of the reasons for their downgrade - when I highlighted it was in fact the correct model which could be checked via the IMEI number they replied to say that its value would still be at this revised lower price without any apology or explanation - absolutely no customer service.
