If it was possible to give a minus star I would do so but unfortunately there is not that option. I have learnt a lesson, a very important lesson after using handy rubbish. It is a scam. Unfortunately I did not look at trust pilot before using them. Firstly they double the price from the quote given, once they reach your home. The workmen cut corners and did not take everything that they said they would take. Then on the way out they left all the rubbish all over my home and also broke a step which will now cost me more than the money that I thought I might save. It has worked out to be a very expensive lesson. It took me a week to get to the 'manager' I think her name was Maria. Very rude, confrontational. ...and told me that only damages over £250 would be considered. As I said a SCAM. DO NOT USE!!!!! Date of experience: 05 July 2024
