First it wasn't sent by hanro with whom I have always previously dealt but intimate lingerie and despite already having paid 15 pounds handling charges I was contacted by a company called aramex who demanded another 69 dollars before they would deliver my pyjamas which today January 4 I still have not received. Not happy and my long history of buying hanro online is in doubt. Okay, so one hour after I wrote the review the pyjamas arrived and I totally love them, which is why I buy Hanro goods. However, you either need to remove the VAT or charge local taxes, one or the other but not both, and also do something about the shipping and handling at both ends too. Puralator delivered my goods so I wonder who aramex is in this picture.
