Please start doing an exchange service. The service was great but the shoes I ordered for my daughter came up small so I ended up spending £14ish on postage as I had to pay for postage for both pairs. Given that it’s an online company and you can’t try the shoes on it should be that you only have to pay postage once if the shoes don’t fit.
