I've been buying my kids' shoes and wellies from HLS since 2016. I'm not affiliated with them so this is a review as a loyal and repeat customer. The customer service is excellent, as is the range of barefoot options available. My kids are aged 2, 5 and 8, and all born in a different seasons, so they're obviously different sizes but also different widths/the weather is different so passing shoes down is sometimes difficult. Through HLS, I've found a couple of key brands that fit my kids' feet perfectly (and they actually LIKE them!) which are near impossible to find anywhere else so it's great I can buy them from a small UK business. Postage is fast and the packaging is always eco-friendly, which I appreciate. The included (UK-only) returns label makes getting a refund so easy; which is helpful since we can't try the shoes on before we buy. I love the loyalty points which have really helped when money is tight and one of the kids has just grown out of their wellies just before school starts... The sales are also excellent. I'm on a tight budget which usually means the eco/natural option for clothes etc is a stretch or is out of reach but through the sales, I've been able to buy shoes that benefit not hinder the natural, biological development of my kids' feet, which in all honesty, makes me feel that my kids matter too, not just rich kids. (Their ebay outlet is also really great for bargains.) When I do buy full price, I know I'm getting quality because all that research and hard work has been done for me. The HLS size guide is so helpful too. It feels less of a gamble to buy shoes online. The mobile website is easy to use and clear with a good search/filter option which saves me loads of time. I'm glad they've started to stock adult shoes too. I wholeheartedly recommend Happy Little Soles.
