I purchased a personalised birth date jigsaw front page of The Times. It is very disappointing and is of poor quality. The much heralded front page consists only of adverts and births, marriages and deaths columns and the smudgy black and white newsprint is tiny. Why even offer such an awful product? This jigsaw can only be described as underwhelming, disappointing and a complete waste of money. Without doubt It is the worst gift I have ever bought and can not imagine it ever being used. Contacting this company was a complete waste of time - no idea of customer service. Buyer beware.
