I am a return customer myself and I would highly recommend Happybags to anyone. Their Reisenthel range is excellent, the delivery comes within a few days ( I believe it was two days after my order), all was in perfect condition and looked just as presented on the website. I use the Reisenthel baskets for a couple of years now and they have become an essential part of my Wild Adventures under Suffolk's Skies outdoor events. I have five baskets by now. They resist water and mud, are easy to clean, lightweight to carry and good to store. With the basket covers, they are a perfect all weather option to transport all my catering stuff safe and dry even in wind and rain or on an open Suffolk fishing boat.
