I contacted Happy Bags for some advice as I had an existing baby changing bag that simply wasn't big enough for my needs. Trying to determine the sizes and compartments of bags from online pictures and descriptions wasn't easy, so I called to see if anyone could discuss this. I spoke with a lady who was extremely helpful and who took the time to go through all the changing bags they sell and tell me which were the larger ones and what compartments they offered. I was also told that I could order a few and then I could see them for myself and return the ones I didn't want. I went on to order three, selected one of the ones that she had originally suggested and returned the other two. I had no difficulty with the returns, which was completed speedily, and I am very happy with the bag that I have kept. I would highly recommend this company.
