The bag is exactly as described, take a look at DadGear's website for videos explaining it. It's a very well designed and built bag with lots of separated pockets for dirty/clean, clothes, food, bottles, etc. I haven't used it yet (the kid's on the way!) but I think it will serve us well, and can easily be carried around without shouting "Dad's wearing a diaper bag!"
