I am amending my previous review because I had said that the mirror on the inside of the bag was scratched. However, on advice from customer services, I realize that I had not taken off the clear covering attached to the mirror. I would suggest that the manufacturers put in a slip of instructions telling customers to remove the clear film. It would be unfair if a good product attracted less than satisfactory reviews because of such a simple issue. The bag itself will be excellent for summer holidays - it looks very attractive and the pockets etc all look well made. Many thanks to customer services!
