Great company to deal with, even though I was a bit nervous initially, as hadn't heard of them and they are online. First I ordered some samples - Paul was very helpful and processed a refund when Royal Mail lost part of the order. Subsequently I placed a larger order and the handles arrived 6 days later (this time via a courier), well packaged, and look beautiful in our new kitchen. Would definitely use this company again.
