Scammers. So my gym membership failed and I saw that I have to pay £25 on top of my membership and I called them to ask what was that about they said "Because your direct debit failed we take £25 admin fee and we gonna try again to take full balance, £45, in 1 week and if you don't pay we add another £25 on top of that" I said I will just cancel the direct debit, but they threatened me with a debt collection agency... Only in UK's lawless system you will see companies like this one charging people £25 admin fee because your direct debit failed and then they try again to take full balance and charging you another £25 on top..... FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP ?! That's suppose to cost me £19.99 per month... Now £60 ? Are you serious ?
