I bought a discounted Reiki I and II course from Harley Oxford, and they failed to state anywhere that there would be additional costs for ESSENTIAL elements of the course and assessment. Without undertaking two attunements, at additional cost, and an assessment, at additional cost, a person cannot pass the course. When I contacted Harley Oxford, they very unhelpfully explained what the full price of the discounted course should have been, but didn't respond to my request for a refund and ignored further emails. I can't understand how they are allowed to do this. Could a shop sell you 'a dress' at one advertised price, but then tell you on the way out that you need to pay more for sleeves, the skirt, and bodice? Dishonest advertising and incredibly poor customer service, they only have one star in my rating as it isn't possible to leave zero. Steer well clear of these merchants.
