High staff turnover which inevitably effects the customer experience. Poor record on safety issues. Lack of process and unsophisticated when it comes to record-keeping, project documentation, accounting transparency and so on, which creates a sense of chaos and dysfunction. Conflicts of interest in terms of their client base - difficult to say more on a public forum, but it's certainly a factor which other freeholders and RTM boards should research thoroughly and bear in mind.
