Dear Martin, I wanted to drop you a line as I feel that all too often people are very quick to write with negative feedback. However, I felt compelled to get in touch to tell you just how impressed I was with your company from beginning to end. From Domenica in the office who remained patient and sweet on the phone when our dates kept changing, to the guys who came over and packed up and helped us move out last Wednesday. It was absolutely boiling and there were so many stairs in our flat but they kept their sense of humour and remained fabulously helpful and professional to the last detail.
