Everyone we dealt with at the company was very professional and at the same time relaxed and friendly. The packer was phenomenally fast and efficient. On the day, the removal team were brilliant, no problem was too big for them including a huge mirror, heavy boxes of books, a complicated set of bunk beds and fragile plants (not a single leaf was damaged). Owing to late completion, they were kept waiting for hours outside our new home but they were very understanding, and the company even sent more people to make sure the job was done – the van was unloaded, everything in its right place and our furniture reassembled within two hours.
