I've been very impressed with the products and customer service recently. I asked questions about the poles and got a very prompt response. They were helpful and suggestive and this helped me to purchase my first poles. I'm also impressed that there is a dedicated Facebook page.
The only thing i'm upset about is the fact I cant afford to purchase everything straight away. I'm now saving for the waist bag, jacket and trousers.
