Initial consult was great. Subsequent customer service quite average, bordering on poor. Installation was delayed several months all up - outside the control of Harrison’s, but updates had to be requested and we weren’t given a chance to change fabric (every time we called we were told it was only a few weeks away). Minor Post install issue with colour of black out backing fabric was never addressed (no follow up after we raised the issue).
