Just wanted to let head office know if you are not aware, this is the worst service we have EVER had from any company. We had the panels and batteries installed before Christmas, paid a huge amount of money and am now waiting for new batteries to arrive, This has been very stressful, we had to do a lot of follow up ourselves before anything happened, we thought everything was set to go and had to let the provider know it was not working, very disappointing, it is now approaching close to two months and yet we still are unable to use something we have paid for. I think is important that you know of the service we are getting under your name. I am guessing once again we will have to chase up to find out about the batteries, it has been 2 weeks and yet no o e has had the decency to update us. I guess once payment is made, customer is forgotten. Payment was basically expected straight after installment. We did you bit. I think my partner gave a good review straight after installment as well because we thought the workers were great, little did we know it was not working and continue to not be. A faulty battery cannot be helped but bad customer service can be, we were even told $100 would come our way to make up for the inconvenience, don't say it if you don't mean it right? Not seen a cent. When asked about Harrisons from friends, family and colleagues, as more people are interested in sar, what am I expected to say. I do hope you value your company name and appreciate the time I took to write this.
