After the sale went through, the salesperson was very unresponsive.
It took roughly 4 months after the initial install date before all the issues were finally ironed out and even then the inverter, quoted at 5kw was actually 4.8 and appears to only function at 4.6
With all that being said, we have had no problems since and we have had the system for roughly a year now
