It was a pleasure to work with Straun he was very knowledgeable and informative talking through all my options and coming up with a solution that meets my power needs now and with a bit of future proofing and to come and see me on a Sunday morning to suit my schedule was just brilliant. Straun was very patient as I had timing issues with the bank but he assured me it was not a problem and the quote will be honored even sfter six weeks over it's time. Once everything was finalized communication was excellent regarding install times and even after being delayed by the power company as there was an issue with the export limit ( the power supply where I am located is so old and underrated for the area ) but after a bit of negotiating from Straun he got it sorted with an outcome in my favor. As for the installers after a brief consult about where to locate the battery, inverter; gateway and isolation switches they did a fantastic job which looks very tidy and easily blends into the house and the Aiko panels look fantastic on the roof you hardly notice them. So thanks to Straun and his team at harrisons, professional and faultless.
