Quoting stage was brilliant, Dan made a lot of effort to explain the product, why they were different, what else they could do for us and how the process would go. This was vastly different to other providers who came in, asked a couple of questions, measured up and left. I appreciated getting a folder of info and a quote on the spot with a significant discount (even if this is standard practice it made me feel valued). Installation was super fast and the guys very friendly. They arranged in advance when they would be here but an approximate time and also an idea of how long it would take would have been helpful too. Otherwise we are really happy and would recommend you guys to anyone we know looking to insulate or other.
