Contact was prompt with response to any questions and the team were reliable and friendly. It was a nice clean tidy install and looks great on the roof. Cater wants his customers to know everything they wish to about maximising the use of the system to save on the power bill, he liaised with the power company and got us the best deal for any grid power we need and buy back of unused production. Life time Solar Analytics monitoring was included in the deal, this shows me real time production and consumption, so I know when I can charge my car directly from the panels or we can run the washing machine etc His systems solutions included all associated costs that are not covered in fully installed price deals and he happily offered to install my electric car charger while they were here as part of the deal.
