Avoid at all costs!
Appalling customer service — without doubt the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I ordered the advent calendar and immediately discovered it was missing two fragrances. I reported this to Harrods the very same day I unpacked the box. Three weeks and four emails later, their “solution” was to offer me a token refund of just £35 — for two fragrances that retail individually at nearly ten times that amount.
This isn’t customer care, it’s an insult. Harrods are refusing to take responsibility for supplying an incomplete product and are trying to pass it off as a “gesture of goodwill.”
Truly shocking service from a brand that claims to be premium. I will never shop with them again.
