Ordered the gel pen and was a great big disappointment. It came with inserts for pens and 5 plastic pens to put them in. Tried to contact them with no response. Nothing like the description says. Supposed to be in a nice box but in a ziplock bag instead. Can’t give it to my niece like this. I will never order from them again.
