Same here about the gel pens. I received internal parts and only 4 pen shells. I emailed the person like the website told me and explained this and that I wanted the rest of the pen shells like advertised. Never received a reply and now it says the store is unavailable. I wish I had read these reviews. Also now receiving spam emails from weird places and wondering if my email was shared and praying my credit card info was protected.
