Have made several purchases from HartsofStur and its always been straight forward with prompt delivery. Have even repeatedly reccomend them. Then a product went wrong. An expensive £2000 Sage Oracle Touch coffee machine, they have a fault where once you run the descale program machine no longer heats up to temperature. As machine is well under 1 year old I contacted Harts for a replacement and they don't want to know, they fob you off to sage and sage fob you off as you didn't purchase direct from them. The after sales service is appalling my sale of goods contract is with Harts yet they don't want to know, I know they have lost my custom.
