My friend and I visited Harts this afternoon and had a lovely time looking around the garden centre. We decided to purchase 2large garden pots which had been reduced by 50% .As they were too heavy for us to lift we looked around for a member of staff for help. No-one was around so we went into the shop to ask someone for help. Although he said he would come out to lift the pots for us we waited around and eventually we got fed up with waiting and accosted a young warehouse man to help. As we got into the shop to pay for them he admitted that he'd forgotten all about us..... Sorry Hart's.... That's not good enough...... You need a garden centre person on duty at all times.... Jackie and Jill.... Very disappointed customers.
