I received a generous value of vouchers for Harvey Nichols for my 40th birthday in December and identified a Burberry coat online that I i wanted to buy.
Given the National lockdown the store is closed until at least mid April so I opted to purchase online. I was so excited to buy my new coat only to be hugely disappointed when unable to utilise my vouchers online!
Upon contacting customer service and asking them to make an exception given the current circumstances I have been met with silence.
This is not the service that I expect from Harvey Nichols and I’ll be asking for my vouchers to be refunded so that I can spend the money elsewhere.
The coat is a winter coat and may not even be in stock come April as the new season stock is brought out.
I’m hugely disappointed.
