I placed an order for a pair of shoes and received a confirmation email within three minutes of making the purchase. However, upon reviewing the email, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. Immediately, I contacted customer service to request a cancellation. They assured me that the order would be canceled and I would receive an email confirmation. Unfortunately, I never received that email, so I decided to call again.
During my second call, I spoke to another representative who informed me that they could see the cancellation request and assured me that I would receive the email soon. However, once again, I didn't receive any email confirmation. Instead, I received a shipping confirmation from DHL, indicating that the shoes were being sent to me. Feeling frustrated, I called customer service once more.
This time, the representative apologized for the inconvenience and promised to send me a return label. Two days later, I received the order, but I still hadn't received the return label. I called again, and the representative informed me that they had been experiencing some issues. Eventually, I received the return label and sent the item back.
Currently, it has been six business days since Harvey Nichols received the shoes, but I haven't received a refund or any confirmation that they have received the item. This entire experience has been disappointing for me, and I wanted to share it with you so that you can consider it when making your decision.
